Backrest

3. Function The upper end of the backrest is equipped with a headrest with a width of 263MM and a height of 160 (± 5MM). The headrest can be moved and stretched, effectively adjusting the height difference among students. It has a suitable position for the headrest. The wall thickness of the backrest is no less than 4MM. The backrest has ventilation and heat dissipation holes, and it is equipped with oval ventilation and heat dissipation holes of different sizes. The headrest is made of environmentally friendly soft packaging, providing a comfortable lying and leaning experience. The soft-padded headrest is fixed with screws. It is aesthetically pleasing and meets international safety standards, protecting students' necks and preventing bone misalignment caused by poor sleeping postures. The backrest is designed with a complete curved arc, which can comfortably cover and support the back spine of a growing child, preventing it from bending sideways.
Seat cushion

3. The rear end of the seat board is made of an environmentally friendly PP one-time injection molded back cover to prevent hands from being pinched when the air rod extends or retracts. It effectively enhances the toughness and sturdiness of the chair seat. The two vertical reinforcing ribs on the left and right sides of the bottom edge have grooves in the middle for convenient insertion of chair legs and connection and fixation with screws. There is a button for adjusting the reclining Angle of the backrest on the right side of the front at the bottom. The button can be connected to freely adjust the backrest to tilt backward, with a maximum tilt Angle of up to 700°(± 10), which is suitable for midday rest. Handrails are provided on both sides of the seat board.
Foot support

Dimensions: 420mm wide * 220MM deep (5MM flat) Function: The footrests are equipped with multiple elliptical ventilation and heat dissipation holes, featuring an elegant design that meets international safety standards, preventing bone misalignment caused by poor sleeping postures. The seat board is designed with a complete curved arc, which conforms to ergonomics.
The steel frame is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel pipes, the anchor pipes are 30mm x 60mm x 1.5mm elliptical tubes, the columns are 70mm x 30mm x 1.2mm elliptical tubes, the lifting pipes are 54mm x 25mm x 1.2mm elliptical tubes, the table legs and couplings are 30mm x 60mm x 1.2mm elliptical tubes, and the height dimensions of the wire mesh are printed on the side of the lifting pipes. The backrest tube is welded from high-quality elliptical tubes with a thickness of 20*40MM*1.2MM, and the leg rest is made of high-quality elliptical tubes with a thickness of 0*40MM*1.2MM, which is both beautiful and comfortable to lie on and sit on.
Handrail
The dimensions of the handrail are 54.4MM in width *204MM in height * 219MM.
2. The upper part of the handrail is made of high-strength nylon injection molding (each handrail can bear a load of 50KG). It is equipped with an environmentally friendly ABS injection molded decorative cover, and the bottom is connected by screws in a hidden way.
3. The upper handrail can be flipped 90 degrees, facilitating students' entry and exit.

The upper part of the desktop is equipped with a 300MM long ruler and edge injection molding together. The side facing the human seat is equipped with a 30MM diameter duckbill. It is designed with a concave shape in the middle that conforms to human science (with a depth of 10MM), and features environmental friendliness, water resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, smoke and flame resistance, impact resistance, no deformation and no peeling. The rounded corner design effectively prevents students from getting injured in case of collisions. The desktop is designed with an overall flat surface without any grooves, which is convenient for maintaining desktop hygiene and for students to write during exams. The overall desktop conforms to ergonomic principles, balancing aesthetics and sturdiness, making it more comfortable for students to read and write.
Table hopper: 450mm in length x 310MM in depth x 150mm in height x 0.6mm in thickness, made of national standard steel plate formed by one-time stretching.
Table column pipe: It adopts electrostatic powder coating process. The table column steel pipe support is composed of four parts: bracket, upper leg lifting bracket, lower leg bracket and horizontal pipe. Bracket: The steel plate is 360MM in length and 35MM in width (± 2MM). There are screw holes on the front and back of the bracket steel plate for easy screw fixation and connection with the panel. The concave bottom of the bracket is equipped with a pull switch. By lifting it upwards, the pull plate can be pulled to flip and fix the desktop. The anchor pipes are made of 30mm x 60mm x 1.5mm elliptical tubes, the columns are made of 60mm x 30mm x 1.2mm elliptical tubes, the lifting pipes are made of 50mm x 25mm x 1.2mm elliptical tubes, the table leg connection plates are made of 20x40x 1.2mm elliptical tubes, and the side of the lifting pipes is printed with the height dimension of the wire mesh, with a dimensional accuracy of 5MM. The height of the table can be freely adjusted from 630MM to 790MM. The table surface can be statically loaded with a 300KG weight for 2 hours without deforming as a whole. Inside the steel pipe, there is a lifting screw. The lifting screw is connected and fixed to the swivel in the upper crossbeam. The lifting height is adjusted by hand crank. The lifting bracket and the bracket are connected at the slide hole position by screws.
Outer foot covers: Made of PP plastic through one-piece injection molding foot covers.
Coating: All metal components undergo a shot blasting process on a production line for rust removal and high-temperature degreasing. They are then treated with electrostatic powder coating and high-temperature curing, which enhances the adhesion between the coating and the metal surface, making it more corrosion-resistant and less likely to fall off.
